Lynn has extensive financial expertise, qualifying as an ACA with PwC in 1986, followed by over 35 years industry experience in senior finance roles in private, public sector and listed businesses.
As Non-Executive Chair of the OS Audit and Risk Committee, she brings relevant CFO and CEO experience from large, complex businesses across multiple industry sectors, delivering sustainable growth, operational change and transformation. Most recently she was CEO at Interserve Support Services, a strategic government supplier – leading the business through the Covid pandemic and a sale process.
Lynn is a fellow of the ICAEW and has a degree in Arabic & Spanish from the University of Exeter.
